How much does a branded bag cost?

For trade shows, conferences and retail bags
For this use, what matters is that the bag sits comfortably on the shoulder and can carry brochures, a notebook or a small purchase. Cotton and non-woven shopping bags work well with screen printing or transfer, keeping the logo visible without taking over half the bag.
Check the fabric weight, gusset and handle length first. The most common mistake is choosing cotton that is too light for heavier use, or placing the branding over a seam or the gusset, where the logo distorts and becomes harder to read.

Here the bag needs to open easily, clean well and cope with wear. Polyester or RPET styles with a reinforced base, shoe pocket and padded handle are a good fit, branded with transfer or embroidery so they still look good with frequent use.
If your logo has very fine lines or lots of colours, transfer is usually better than embroidery. Embroidery has texture and lasts well, but small details read less clearly. Check the base and the zips too: they are what decide whether the bag keeps being used.

When the bag carries work kit, the inside compartment and padding matter more than the outer size. Briefcases and sleeves with subtle branding in embroidery or transfer work well when the item is seen up close and used every day.

A useful wash bag stands out for its zip, inner lining and base. Polyester or RPET models with transfer or embroidery cope better with continuous use and allow for a small, clean logo that is easy to place, whether for toiletries, cables or a small first-aid kit.
Subtle branding works better than a busy front panel. On a wash bag, the typical mistake is stretching the logo across the full width or not checking whether it stands up properly. If it is part of a pack, pair it with a fabric bag in the same colour.
