Embroidered caps for companies with your logo

Embroidered caps are one of the few branded garments people actually wear outside work. That is why the branding matters more than on almost any other textile: a small, well-placed logo gets worn; a huge logo across the front ends up in a drawer.

Embroidered caps for companies: what they cost and how to choose

A cap with your logo costs from €1.92 per unit, with branding included. The embroidered caps that work for a festival are not the same as the ones you add to a team welcome pack or the ones people should want to wear at the weekend. Here you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real products, and the branding details worth checking before you order.

How much does a custom cap cost?

Price per unit with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery. It comes down as quantities rise because the setup for embroidery, transfer or patches is spread across more units.

For trade shows, festivals and large giveaways

When a cap is being handed out in volume, the key is keeping the cost per unit under control while making sure the logo is easy to spot. Lightweight 5-panel caps and trucker styles in this range work well for summer campaigns, street marketing and events, with simple embroidery, screen printing or transfer depending on the fabric.

The usual mistake is trying to fill the whole front panel. On a cap, a small logo gets worn more and distorts the panel less. If your brand uses gradients or very fine lettering, a patch or transfer is better; and on dark fabric, use contrasting thread or ink.

For the team and everyday wear

For a team cap people will genuinely wear outside the office, look for cotton twill with a bit of structure, a reinforced front panel and a comfortable fastening. In this range, 5-panel and 6-panel styles work well for welcome packs, internal campaigns and kits with a T-shirt or hoodie.

Flat embroidery is the safe option: it stands up well to washing and keeps a smart, understated finish. If the logo goes on the front, keep it within a width of 6 to 10 cm; any larger and the curve of the panel starts to force it, so the cap loses that proper casual look.

For a more considered, understated brand look

When the cap needs to feel like a chosen garment rather than a giveaway, the fabric, fit and logo finish all matter more. The caps in this range, including recycled cotton and technical fabric options, work well for sales teams, brand campaigns and summer gifts with fine embroidery, 3D embroidery or a patch.

If you want 3D embroidery, keep it for bold typefaces and simple shapes: fine detail gets lost. For a result people will happily wear outside work, tone on tone works especially well, using thread in the same colour as the cap or only a very subtle contrast.

Minimum order and artwork

The minimum order per quote is €100.00 excluding VAT, and you can mix models to get there: the trucker cap for the event and the cotton cap for the team can go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery; 3D embroidery, a patch or a second branding position are adjusted in the quote.

Upload your logo on the product page and see the price straight away, or ask us for a free full-size mock-up to check thread colour, size and position. You pay when you approve it. The lead time is shown on each product page.

How we choose

A cap is judged by its visor.

The visor determines whether a cap looks good or like a fairground prize. We consider stiffness and curvature before colour, as these are what separate a cap someone wears from one that ends up in a drawer.

  • Pre-shaped visor, not flat as standard
  • Metal or buckle closure on mid-range caps
  • Recycled cotton in almost the entire catalogue

The detail

Front embroidery is the standard.

It withstands washing and rain, and provides the finish people associate with a genuine brand.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Embroidered caps for companies with your logo

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

How much do 100 branded caps cost?

It depends on the model and the technique. The price table on this page gives you the unit price with the logo included at each quantity: check the 100-unit column to compare options, excluding VAT and delivery.

What type of cap is best for adding a company logo?

For everyday wear, a 5-panel or 6-panel cotton twill cap with a reinforced front panel: it holds its shape and the embroidery comes out clean. For summer events, a trucker cap with mesh back. For sport or working in the sun, a technical polyester cap.

Flat embroidery or 3D embroidery?

Flat embroidery is the standard option and allows more detail. 3D embroidery lifts the logo and looks great with bold lettering and simple shapes, but fine details are lost. In the mock-up you can see how your logo looks with each option.

How large can the logo be on the front of a cap?

A common size is between 6 and 10 cm wide, within a usable area of around 10 × 5 cm on 5-panel and 6-panel caps. Larger than that, the embroidery starts to distort over the curve of the panel. The exact area for each model is shown on its product page.

How do I put a logo with gradients on a cap?

Thread does not reproduce gradients, so they are simplified into flat colours. If the gradient is important to your brand, a woven or silicone patch sewn onto the front respects it much better. We will show you in the mock-up before you decide.

Do custom caps come in sizes?

Most are one size with an adjustable fastening: buckle, snapback, Velcro or elastic. The fastening for each model is shown on its product page, so there is no need to collect sizes from the team.

How do you wash an embroidered cap?

By hand, using lukewarm water and mild soap, then letting it air dry over a rounded shape. The washing machine and tumble dryer can distort the brim and the front panel. The embroidery holds up well; it is the structure of the cap that suffers.
